At this time, I’m unable to accept private healthcare rebates.

However, I can accept NDIS funding for both plan-managed and self-managed participants.

NDIS rates are based on the current NDIS Price Guide and may vary depending on specific requirements such as travel, report writing, and administration time.

Some Medicare rebates are available for Non-Directive Pregnancy Support Counselling (MBS items 81000, 81005, and 81010) with a valid GP referral.

I aim to keep fees fair and affordable while ensuring every client receives high-quality, neurodivergent-affirming, and culturally safe support.

NDIS participants are billed under the following line items:

Service Description:
Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy and/or Training — Other Professional
(Credentialed Mental Health Nurse)

Current hourly rate: $193.99 AUD

Reports and Documentation:

• Summary reports (1–3 pages): typically 2–4 hours
• Letters, forms, and supporting documentation are billed by the hour
• A detailed quote can be provided upon request

Thank you for understanding that appointments are time specifically reserved for you.
We ask that you provide at least one (1) business day’s notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
A 100% session fee will apply for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

This ensures we can continue offering accessible and sustainable care for all clients.

Invoices are sent directly after your appointment via Square. Please check your email for payment details.
Payment is due immediately, as it would be for any in-person therapy session.

If you require a payment plan or additional time to pay, please reach out — I’m happy to discuss options that ensure continuity of care.
We ask that you continue to provide one (1) business day’s notice for any changes or cancellations.

If an account remains overdue after the third and final reminder, an interest charge of 10% per annum may be applied.
Accounts may also be referred to a debt recovery service if unresolved.

By engaging Positively Living services, you agree to our Terms of Trade, which include the right to apply late payment fees, interest, and ant reasonable recovery or legal costs on overdue accounts.
